      目的 了解留守中学生社会支持水平、网络成瘾及其关系,为针对性干预网络成瘾、降低成瘾风险提供参考依据。方法 采用分层整群随机抽样方法抽取重庆市渝东南地区某县6所中学的学生共3532名作为研究对象,其中留守学生1945人(55.07%),非留守学生1587人(44.93%)。采用自编一般情况问卷、中学生网络成瘾诊断量表(DSIA-MSS)、青少年社会支持量表(ASSRS)进行评定,并分析支持评分和网络成瘾的关联趋势。结果 ①留守组学生网络成瘾检出率高于非留守组(P<0. 01);②留守组的社会支持量表评分低于非留守组(P<0. 01);③社会支持水平与网络成瘾检出率高低密切有关(P<0. 01);④社会支持水平与网络成瘾具有明显的趋势性,支持水平越高,成瘾风险越低(P<0.01)。结论 留守中学生存在更为突出的网络成瘾问题,且社会支持水平与网络成瘾具有明显的关联趋势性。
英文摘要:
      Objective To explore the relationship between social support level and Internet Addiction among left behind middle school students, so as to provide reference for targeted psychological intervention of Internet addiction. Methods A total of 3532 middle school students from six middle schools in a county of Chongqing city were selected by stratified cluster random sampling,including 1945(55.07%)left-behind students and 1587(44.93%)non-left behind students. All the selected students were assessed by self-made questionnaire,Diagnostic Scale of Internet Addiction for Middle School Students(DSIA-MSS) and Adolescent Social Support Rating Scale(ASSRS),and the correlation of tendency between scores of social support and rate of Internet addiction was analyzed. Results ① The rate of Internet addiction in the left behind group was higher than that in the non-left behind group (P < 0.01). ② The score of social support scale in the left behind group was lower than that in the non-left behind group (P < 0.01). ③ The level of social support was closely related to the rate of Internet addiction (P < 0.01). ④ There is a significant trend between the scores of social support and the rate of Internet addiction, which means that the higher level the of social support, the lower risk of Internet addiction (P<0.01). Conclusion The left-behind middle school students have more serious problems of Internet addiction, and the level of social support has a significant trend correlation with rate of Internet addiction.
