| 《精神障碍诊断与统计手册（第5版）》（DSM-5）和《国际疾病分类（第11版）》（ICD-11）中均包含排泄障碍的诊断。本文对排泄障碍在两套诊断系统中的诊断标准及异同进行阐述。排泄障碍的临床特征是不恰当的排尿或排便，明显引起患者痛苦或功能损害。为了提高精神心理工作者对相应内容的理解，本文对排泄障碍的在两套诊断系统中诊断要点进行了总结和对比探讨。 |

| The diagnosis of elimination disorders is included in the Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5) and International Classification of Diseases (ICD-11). In this paper, the diagnostic criteria and similarities and differences between the two diagnostic systems for elimination disorders are explained. Elimination disorders are clinically characterized by inappropriate urination or defecation, resulting in pain or functional impairment. In order to improve psychiatric and psychological workers'' understanding of the corresponding sections, diagnosing elimination disorders in these two manuals were summarized and discussed. |
