| 目的 了解新兵的睡眠质量和疲劳状况及二者的关系,为改善新兵的睡眠质量提供参考依据.方法 于2013年1月在某部1100名男性新兵中随机抽取200名为研究对象,并应用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表（PSQI）和疲劳量表-14（FS-14）进行间卷调查.结果 PSQI总分平均分为（5.21±2.71）分,FS-14总分平均分为（4.92±3.12）分.躯体疲劳与主观睡眠质量（SSQ）、睡眠时间（Sdu）、睡眠效率（HSE）、睡眠干扰因素（Sdi）、应用催眠药物（USM）、白天功能障碍（DD）及PSQI总分呈正相关;脑力疲劳与SSQ、Sdi、DD及PSQI总分呈正相关（r=0.628 ～0.226,P＜0.05）;疲劳总分与SSQ、Sdu、HSE、Sdi、DD及PSQI总分呈正相关（r=0.578～0.269,P＜0.001）.结论 新兵的睡眠质量和疲劳状况较2010年新兵及普通男性相对差;改善新兵的疲劳状况有助于提升新兵的睡眠质量. |

| Objective To investigate the present statues and relationships of sleep quality and fatigue among recruits. Methods Using Pittsburgh sleep quality index Questionnaire （PSQI）and fatigue scale - 14 （FS - 14 ） to knowing about the sleep quality and fa- tigue status of 200 recruits. Results The average total score of the PSQI was （5.21 ±2.71 ） , and the average total score of FS -14 was （4.92 ± 3.12）. The physical fatigue score were positively correlated with subjective sleep quality （SSQ）, sleep duration （Sdu）, habitual sleep eficieney （ HSE ） , sleep disturbance （ Sdi ） , use of sleeping medication （ USM ） , daytime dysfunction （ DD ） and total score of the PSQI （ r = 0. 628 - 0. 226,P 〈 0.05 ） ; Mental fatigue score were positively related to SSQ, Sdi, DD and total score of the PSQI ; The total score of FS - 14 （ r = 0. 578 - 0. 269, P 〈 0.001 ）. Conclusion The sleep quality and fatigue status of recruits were poorer compared with last investigations;The general sleep quality of recruits was positively correlated with fatigue status. |
