| 目的 了解成都市公安局青羊区分局在岗警察的心理健康状况。方法2013年5月采用简单随机抽样方法和自愿参加的原则抽取成都市公安局青羊区分局的在岗警察366名,采用90项症状清单（SCL-90）测量其心理健康状况,包括躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执和精神病性9个因子。结果 SCL-90总评分与国内常模比较[（143.95±52.23）分vs.（129.96±38.76）分],差异有统计学意义（t=5.68,P〈0.01）。128名（35.0%）存在心理问题,其中34名（9.3%）为中度心理问题。除人际关系敏感因子外,其余8个因子得分均高于全国常模,差异有统计学意义（P 〈0.05）。抑郁因子和偏执因子与年龄呈正相关（r=0.126、0.103,P〈0.05）。结论成都市公安局青羊区分局在岗警察心理健康状况整体可能较差,尤其是民警和年龄较大者。 |

| Objective To understand the mental health of the on-duty policemen and policewomen in Qingyang District division of Chengdu Public Security Bureau.Methods In 2013 May,366 policemen and policewomen were drawn from Qingyang District division of Chengdu Public Security Bureau through the random sampling method and the principle of voluntary participation.The mental health status of 366 policemen and policewomen were investigated by symptom check list-90 （SCL-90）. The 9 factors （somatization,obsessive-compulsive,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility,phobia,paranoia and psychosis）are included in SCL-90.Results The total SCL-90 score （143.95±52.23）of the police sample is significantly higher than the normal level （129.96±38.76）of our country （t=5.68,P〈0.01）.128 people （35%）of them have mental health problems and 34 people （9.3%）have moderate mental health problems.Except the interpersonal sensitivity factor,the scores of other 8 factors are significantly higher than the national normal level（P〈0.05）.Depression factor and paranoid factor were positively correlated with the age（r=0.126、0.103,P〈0.05）.Conclusion The overall mental health status of the on-duty policemen in Qingyang District division of Chengdu Public Security Bureau may be poor,especially the people＇s policemen and the elder. |
