| 目的 探讨深圳市某企业员工的睡眠和心理健康问题及其关系。方法采用整群抽样方法抽取深圳市某企业200名员工,用阿森斯失眠量表（AIS-8）和一般健康问卷12项（GHQ12）对其睡眠状况和最近几周内总的健康状况进行调查。结果心理健康状况高危57例（30.8%）、中危43例（23.2%）、低危85例（45.9%）。失眠99例（53.5%）、可疑失眠44例（23.8%）、无失眠42例（22.7%）。相关分析显示,GHQ总评分与 AIS总评分、AIS夜间睡眠评分和白天症状评分显著正相关（r=0.376、0.33、0.327,P〈0.01）。结论深圳市某企业员工可能存在心理健康问题和失眠问题；对失眠的干预可能有利于改善总体心理卫生状况。 |

| Objective Investigate one company employees＇sleep and mental health problems and their relationships in Shenzhen.Methods Using cluster sampling method,to sample 200 employees of one company in Shenzhen,with the Athens Insomnia Scale （AIS-8）and the General Health Questionnaire 12 （GHQ12）to investigate their sleep and the overall state of health in recent weeks.Results Their Mental Health at high-risk are 57 cases （30.8%）,moderate-risk are 43 cases （23.2%）,low-risk are 85 cases （45.9%）.There are 99 cases （53.5%）exist the insomnia,and 44 cases （23.8%）have be suspected of insomnia,42 cases（22.7%）have no insomnia.Correlation analysis showed that：the total score of GHQ have significantly positively correlated with the AIS total score、AIS nighttime sleep score,and the daytime symptom scores （r=0.376、0.33、0.327, P〈0.01）. |
