| 背景 临床督导是心理咨询师培训和专业发展中的重要环节，临床督导效果需进行科学评定，然而国内尚缺乏可靠且有效的督导效果评定工具。目的 对督导评定和督导胜任力（SE-SC）量表进行汉化，评价其中文版在我国临床督导效果评定中的信效度，为督导效果的评定提供工具。方法 对SE-SC量表进行正译、回译和文化调试，通过预调查形成中文版SE-SC量表。选取2021年7月—2022年2月上海某心理咨询中心从事临床咨询工作并接受督导的42名心理咨询师为研究对象。采用项目分析检验量表条目的鉴别力，采用临界比值法确定保留的条目，通过层次聚类分析比较中文版量表与原量表结构的异同，采用效标效度和会聚效度评价量表的效度，采用Cronbach’s α系数评价量表的信度。结果 中文版SE-SC量表共28个条目，包括六个聚类。注册督导师中文版SE-SC量表总评分、聚类三、聚类四、聚类五、聚类六评分均高于实习督导师（t=2.536、2.747、5.881、3.718、6.090，P均<0.05）。中文版SE-SC量表总评分及各聚类评分与自评督导帮助程度和整体满意度评分均呈正相关（r=0.492~0.758、0.412~0.815，P均<0.01）。中文版SE-SC量表Cronbach’s α系数为0.975，各聚类的Cronbach’s α系数分别为0.938、0.821、0.962、0.871、0.884、0.823。结论 中文版SE-SC量表具有良好的信效度，可作为临床督导效果的评定工具。 |

| Background Clinical supervision is a critical component in the training and professional development of psychological counselors. Scientifically evaluating the effectiveness of clinical supervision is essential， yet reliable and effective tools for such assessments are lacing in China.Objective To translate Supervision Evaluation and Supervision Competence （SE-SC） Scale into Chinese version and evaluate its reliability and validity in clinical supervision in China， so as to provide a tool for the evaluation of supervisory effectiveness.Methods The SE-SC scale was translated， back-translated and culturally adapted， followed by a pilot survey to develop the Chinese version of SE-SC scale. A total of 42 counselors engaged in clinical counseling and receiving supervision at a counseling center in Shanghai from July 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the study participants. Item analysis was conducted to assess item discrimination， with critical ratio method applied to determine which items retention. Hierarchical cluster analysis was performed to compare the structure of Chinese version with the original scale. Criterion-related validity and convergent validity were used to evaluate the validity of the scale， while Cronbach's α coefficient was used to assess its reliability.Results Chinese version of SE-SC scale consisted of a total of 28 item， including six clusters. Registered supervisors scored significantly higher than internship supervisors on the total score and on clusters three， four， five and six （t=2.536， 2.747， 5.881， 3.718， 6.090， P<0.05）. The total and cluster scores of the Chinese version of the SE-SC scale were positively correlated with self-rated supervision helpfulness and overall satisfaction （r=0.492~0.758， 0.412~0.815， P<0.01）. The Cronbach's α coefficient for the overall scale was 0.975，with values for the six clusters were 0.938， 0.821， 0.962， 0.871， 0.884 and 0.823， respectively.Conclusion Chinese version of SE-SC scale demonstrates good reliability and validity， and it can be considered as a promising assessment tool for evaluating the effectiveness of clinical supervision. |
