| 【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship between the genes expression of CXCL8, IL6R, JUN, PTGS2, TGFBR1, TLR2, CCR4 and panic disorder. Methods Real-time quantitative PCR was used to detect gene expression levels in 52 PD patients and 72 healthy controls, and analyze the correlation between the expression of immune-related genes and the severity of panic disorder. Results The expression of the JUN gene, PTGS2 gene, and TGFBR1 gene in PD patients was higher than that in the normal control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05); there was no statistically significant difference in the expression of the CCR4, CXCL8, IL6R, and TLR2 genes between PD patients and the normal control group (P>0.05).Correlation analysis found that the expression of the JUN gene in PD patients was significantly positively correlated with the severity of PD(r=0.360, P<0.01), while the CCR4, CXCL8, IL6R, PTGS2, TGFBR1, and TLR2 genes showed no statistically significant correlation with the severity of PD (r values respectively were 0.238, 0.143, 0.078, 0.032, -0.191, 0.001, P>0.05). Conclusion The expression of the JUN gene is associated with PD and affects the severity of the disease. |
