| Objective To investigate the demanding degree of technical guidance in community mental health care personnel. Methods According to the questionnaire ＂ the needs of technical guidance on severe mental disease treatment and management ＂ which created according to the ministry of healthg technical guidance outline. 266 workers were investigated for knowing their technical guidance. Results There were （5.59 ± 2. 259） options chosen from 9 by workers to claim about their demands of technical guidance. There were 171 people （70.4%） chosen the mental symptom identification while 170 workers （70%） chosen the basic knowledge of drugs. Meanwhile, 151 subjects （62.1% ） chosen risk behavior assessment. Conclusion The top three demands of community men- tal health workers are respectively mental symptom identification, basic knowledge of drugs and risk behavior assessment. |
