English abstract:
      The purpose of this article was to compare the differences and similarities in the diagnosis of schizophrenia between ICD-11 and DSM-5. Schizophrenia is characterized by significant impairment and behavioral changes in reality detection, presenting positive symptoms, negative symptoms and psychomotor disorders. This article discussed the key points of diagnosis of schizophrenia in the two diagnostic systems, so as to improve the understanding of clinical workers on the corresponding contents of the two diagnostic systems.
