The purpose of this article was to improve the clinical interview skills and diagnosis level of psychiatric medical workers. In this case, a 17-year-old male client came to visit after causing panic by grabbing a woman's high heels in the street. Police made repeated visits to his home due to this potentially breaking law behavior. He was diagnosed with obsessive-compulsive disorder comorbid with excoriation disorder, which was treated through biological-psychological-social integrative therapy. His previous use of fluoxetine caused liver function damage and required medication adjustment. Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) was used to treat obsessive compulsive disorder symptoms. This case provides an example of forensic psychiatry's role in clinical interviewing.
