English abstract:
The aim of this review is to discuss and advocate the change of Chinese translated name of schizophrenia. Medical term of schizophrenia in China now is Jing Shen Fen Lie Zheng. However, this translation version not only fails to reflect mental disorder accurately but has stigma problem. In recent years, some countries and regions have already changed the diagnosis name of schizophrenia, for instance, integration disorder, attunment disorder, and dysfunction of thought and perception. It is suggested that the psychiatrists in the mainland China should promote the name change of schizophrenia, and it's suggested to change the name to "Si Jue Shi Tiao Zheng".
