      The purpose of this paper is to provide professional guidance and suggestion to the psychological counseling service provider for COVID-19. Based on clinical work and previous crisis intervention experience, this paper introduced the Response model of crisis intervention in detail. The Response model is consisted of Rapport, Evaluation, Solution, Priority, Objectivity, Neutrality, Subjectivity and Exit. Based on the establishment of a good therapeutic relationship, this model emphasizes that the psychological counseling service provider should have the basic epidemic related knowledge, so as to conduct accurate assessment and provide evidence-based psychological interventions in terms of core demands of patients. This paper will discuss the precise intervention steps of Response model, which can provide reference for professional peers.
