      This paper briefly analysed the physical and mental effects of the COVID-19 on different groups of people, and proposed the "3S(safety、settle down、sleep)" principles applicable to the prevention and control of the epidemic psychological crisis intervention, in order to help the affected people successfully overcome the psychological difficulties of the epidemic and promote physical and mental health.
