English abstract:
This article mainly introduced the concepts, hypothesis testing, cut-off setting and sample size estimation of the superiority test in clinical trials and the implementation of SAS for superiority t test of unary quantitative data in group design. The application of SAS software in the superiority t test was demonstrated through examples. Operating steps based on two data structures (based on raw quantitative data and based on sample size, mean and standard deviation data) were given. And it was also to explain the results and make the conclusion.
