| This paper reported a case of schizophrenia complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis, 600 mg/d clozapine antipsychotic and rifampicin anti-tuberculosis treatment joint, clozapine blood drug concentration could not achieve effective concentration due to induction of liver drug enzyme of rifampicin. Stopping rifampicin, clozapine blood drug concentration in effective concentration, and significant improvement in psychotic symptoms achieved.Through the analysis of the treatment plan of schizophrenia patients with tuberculosis, this case suggests that there is an interaction between clozapine and rifampin, in order to provide a reference for schizophrenia patients with tuberculosis. |
