This article reports on a typical case of misophonia treated with 8 weeks of Morita therapy, once a week for 50 minutes each session. By comparing pre- and post-treatment scales, the efficacy of Morita therapy in treating misophonia was verified. The study explores the effectiveness and potential value of Morita therapy in improving symptoms of misophonia, providing a reference for clinical treatment of misophonia.
