| 目的 通过探讨成人依恋与大学生网络成瘾之间的关系以及其内在机制,考察自我同情和心理弹性在成人依恋对大学生网络成瘾影响中的作用。方法 采用中文网络成瘾量表(CIAS-R)、自我同情量表(SCS)、亲密关系经历量表(ECR)和青少年心理韧性量表(RSCA)对四川省某高校的1 380名大学生进行调查。结果 发现成人依恋、自我同情、心理弹性、网络成瘾相互之间存在显著性相关。成人依恋对大学生网络成瘾存在直接影响,也可以通过三条中介路径间接对大学生网络成瘾产生影响。结论 成人依恋对大学生网络成瘾既有直接作用；又可以通过自我同情、心理弹性分别影响大学生网络成瘾,同时也能通过自我同情-心理弹性的链式中介作用影响大学生网络成瘾。 |

| Objective To explore the relationship between adult attachment and college students" internet addiction as well as their underlying mechanisms, and to investigate the roles of self-compassion and psychological resilience in the influence of adult attachment on college students" internet addiction. Methods A total of 1,380 college students from a certain university in Sichuan Province were surveyed using the Chinese Internet Addiction Scale (CIAS-R), Self-Compassion Scale (SCS), Experience of Intimate Relationships Scale (ECR), and Adolescent Psychological Resilience Scale (RSCA). Results It was found that adult attachment, self-compassion, psychological resilience, and internet addiction were significantly correlated with each other. Adult attachment has a direct impact on college students" internet addiction, and it can also indirectly affect college students" internet addiction through three mediating paths. Conclusion Adult attachment has both a direct effect on college students" internet addiction; it can also affect college students" internet addiction through self-compassion and psychological resilience respectively, and can also affect college students" internet addiction through the chain mediating effect of self-compassion and psychological resilience. |
